The club organized in 2004 the first economic forum sponsored by the Ministry of Industry, entitled "Yemen and the Arab Free Trade Zone".

The first workshop for the Yemeni Corporates' Board of Directors Members, which was held in April 2009 and aimed to train them on the principles and rules of governance.

The club organized a seminar in partnership with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, which was held in the Sheraton hotel late October 2008 entitled "closed sharing companies and the importance of the transition to the open for public companies".

The club organized an extensive training program in October 2007 for the managers of human resources and training officials of the members' companies in which they discussed the aspects of development on training and human resources.

Advanced training on Corporate Governance was delivered during the 2009.

Academic Scholars training was conducted in the three main public universities –Sana'a, Aden and Taiz- on Corporate Governance during the year 2009.

Sharia'a Scholars training was conducted for the Sharaia Board members of the four Islamic Banks along with some Sharia'a professors during the year 2009.

The club has issued a Yemeni Economic Articles 2008-2009.

In cooperation with the Yemeni Polling Center and CIPE a study on the status quo of corporate governance in Yemen.

In cooperation with CIPE, KPMG was hired to conduct a study on the Yemeni legislation of trade and investment.

Another study for the general and income tax project laws was conducted, shared with the members, submitted and explained to the Yemeni Parliament to be considered.
